Redmond, WA
5:00 AM start, Monday–Friday (5×8 hour shifts)
$22/hr

Job Summary:
Join our team as an Ingredient/Inventory Specialist! In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of work-in-progress spice mixes while maintaining precise inventory levels. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in both warehouse and computer settings will be essential in adhering to good manufacturing practices and providing exceptional customer service. Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time
– Location: Redmond, WA
– Pay Rate: $22/hr
– Shift: 5:00 AM start, Monday–Friday (5×8 hour shifts)

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Order dry inventory for the preparation of spice mixes.
– Set the daily production schedule based on management’s selected formulas.
– Conduct cycle counts of the ingredient room’s dry inventory.
– Print labels for spice mix production.
– Follow department procedures to ensure accuracy in spice mix production.
– Review production schedules to confirm correct orders are placed.
– Manage returned spice mix inventory efficiently.
– Fulfill same-day requests from production.
– Assist with other warehouse or production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Ability to stand and work on your feet for most of the day.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Familiarity with email communication.
– Typing skills on a QWERTY keyboard.
– Experience with a 10-key calculator.
– Basic arithmetic skills.
– Ability to operate a powered pallet jack (certification provided in-house).
– Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
