The Policy Specialist is responsible for researching, analyzing, and accurately entering manufacturer return goods policies (RGPs). This role requires strong attention to detail, frequent collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and mastery of data entry tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook. The position supports ongoing contract management, system accuracy, and process improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date manufacturer/wholesaler return policies in the system

Analyze and enter policy data accurately into PharmaLink’s Prophet System

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies

Communicate complex return policy information clearly

Use JIRA to track tasks and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Provide weekly/monthly policy data reports
-
Participate in and lead special projects as needed
Requirements:
-
2–3 years of experience in data entry, client support, or a similar detail-oriented role

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word (Advanced), and Adobe Acrobat
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Associate degree preferred but not required
