Summary of Responsibilities:
The General Utility Associate supports the manufacturing facility by assisting production lines, maintaining materials flow, monitoring quality, and ensuring shipments are accurately staged and dispatched. This role also upholds safety and housekeeping standards while working collaboratively with plant staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with plant staff to maintain a safe work environment.

Start and operate mixers or production lines as assigned.

Transfer product from production lines to pallets for WIP or finished goods.

Track inventory produced during the shift.

Record downtime and causes accurately.

Ensure correct packaging materials are used for each product type.

Build pallets to match product output pace.

Load and unload trucks; stage products in correct locations.

Inspect products for quality issues (visual or using tools).

Maintain clean and organized work areas following 6S standards.

Perform other assigned duties to support plant operations.
