Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant who excels in math and Microsoft Office to enhance our team’s efficiency. This pivotal role involves managing and reporting environmental test results while ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.

Job Specifications

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and report environmental test results with precision.

  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all test data.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the environmental testing team.

  • Organize and maintain records and documentation efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Average to above-average mathematical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
