Job Title: Turret Punch Press Operator (3rd Shift)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Turret Punch Press Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in CNC-controlled turret punch press operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running machines to produce precision metal components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC turret punch press machines safely and efficiently

Load raw materials using manual or crane-assisted methods

Set up and align punches and dies using micrometers, feeler gauges, and setscrews

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Perform in-line inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts

Verify part dimensions and ensure product quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
Requirements:

2+ years of experience operating turret punch press or similar CNC machinery

Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
-
Skilled with precision measuring tools

Forklift and/or crane experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
