Salary: $16/hour
Training Schedule: M-F 9am-5:30pm
What’s a typical day as a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound? You’ll be:
• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with any questions regarding their wireless cell phone.
• Troubleshooting devices and coordinating with service providers and technicians.
• Working with Account Managers to resolve client issues.
• Taking orders, providing order status, and tracking services.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
