Job details
The School University needs assistance with pulling packages in Mail Room for customer pick up. This person could be asked to assist customer with loading package in car outside building. Receive incoming shipments and store deliveries in accordance with department processes. Position will be required to lift, carry, and move packages in mail room. Maintain work area in the mail room and other pick up location in Event Center in an orderly and clean state while following all safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: The candidate must have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform duties safely in fast pace environment.
Must be able to bend, squat, stand, kneel, reach above shoulders, handle objects, push/pull, carry/lift 25lbs
Must have reliable transportation
Pay Rate: 18 per hour paid weekly
Start Date: Thursday 8/14/2025 End Date: Friday 9/05/2025
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9am-5:30pm Work / 30 min lunch
Location: Dallas, TX
Dress Code: Casual- Jeans, T-shirt, closed toe comfortable shoes.
This position requires lots of standing. Order Notes: Position could be requested to walk outside- Breaks rotate throughout the day. 5-10 minute water breaks every couple of hours as well as a 30 minute lunch break. The school will provide water and Gatorade.
