Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Expected pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
What’s a typical day as Customer Service Call Center Agent? You’ll be:
• Handling incoming calls and service tickets, providing orientation and technical support based on customer requirements.
• Offering level 1 technical support for common issues such as login problems, password resets, and browser troubleshooting.
• Documenting customer interactions and participating in bi-weekly debriefing meetings to suggest improvements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in Help Desk, in Customer Service and a minimum of High School Diploma.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Have excellent reading and communication skills in Spanish (verbal and written); English is preferred. Available for temporary job. Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalism.
