We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator to work at a premier waste management company located in Raleigh, NC. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-3pm
Pay rate: $20.00 an hour
1-3 months temporary assignment
What’s a typical day as Accounts Receivable Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Contacting customers via phone and email to collect past due accounts and ensure timely payments, reporting to the Collections Manager.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or customer disputes in a professional manner.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Bring 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related administrative role.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
