Kelly® is seeking Customer Service Representatives to in Louisville, KY.
$17 per hour
Many shifts fit your schedule best
8a to 4:30p, 8:30a to 5pm, 9a to 5:30p, 10a to 6:30p, 11:30a to 8p
Job Duties include:
Reviewing and processing patients’ enrollment forms for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP).
Assisting patients over the phone with PAP program enrollment by verifying pre-screening and qualifying tasks.
Notifying patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and any next steps needed to continue the enrollment process.
Requirements:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Are able to prioritize workload to ensure patients’ enrollments are processed within specified timeframes.
