Now Hiring: Print Manufacturing Associates – 3rd Shift
Location: Gates, NY
Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunity

Pay: $17.50/hr. during training/ $18/hr. after training is complete
Schedule:

  • Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Training Schedule (1-2 weeks): Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (B Shift open to Train on A shift 6:30am-3pm M-F as well)

Join a growing and innovative print manufacturing team as a Print Manufacturing Associate on the C shift. This is a hands-on role supporting a small, cross-trained team focused on cutting, finishing, and prepping printed materials for next-day shipment. You’ll operate entry-level finishing equipment (like die cutters and binders), assist with quality checks, and gain exposure to multiple parts of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate or assist with machines such as rotary die cutters, guillotines, SSTs, paper cutters, and binders

  • Perform finishing tasks like cutting, collating, assembling, and preparing print materials

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

  • Perform quality checks for accuracy, quantity, and appearance

  • Support shift leads and team members as needed across the production line

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Participate in overtime or holiday work as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

  • Must be willing to learn machine operation (setup provided by experienced staff)

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

  • Able to sit, stand, walk frequently, and bend occasionally

  • Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
