  • Collaborate with managers and employees to balance operational and HR needs.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues.

  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent employee interactions.

  • Ensure accessibility across all shifts, with some flexibility required to connect with third-shift employees (approx. until 7:00 PM).

  • Partner closely with Senior Director of HR and Plant Manager to align site-level HR practices with company goals.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Bilingual in Spanish to connect effectively with a diverse workforce
Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and trust-building skills
A self-starter/go-getter who thrives as the sole HR lead on site
Customer-service mindset with the ability to balance employee needs and business goals
Flexibility to adjust schedule to ensure visibility across all shifts

  • Be the face of HR at a facility of 350 employees

  • Work directly with leadership while having independent ownership of HR operations locally

  • Make a meaningful impact by building engagement, trust, and stability within the workforce

  • Be part of a global leader with over a century of success and innovation
