Location: Tulatin
Pay Rate: $25–$26/hr
Shifts: 1st Shift: Flexible start 7–8 AM | 2nd Shift: Flexible start 2–3 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our wine shipping team. In this role, you will handle the movement, storage, and shipping of wine products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. This is a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment, ideal for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who thrive in team-oriented settings.
Key Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets safely and efficiently.

Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment according to daily work orders.

Secure pallets and packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

Verify orders for accuracy and report discrepancies.

Maintain organized work areas and follow company processes to ensure consistent quality.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required; forklift operation experience preferred.

Sit-down forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands for packing and handling.

Occasional lifting, climbing, and working near moving equipment.

Exposure to warehouse noise and minor temperature variations.
