Pay Rate: $17.00 – $17.60 /hour
Shift: 1st Shift / 2nd Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with strong technical abilities to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, performing machine setup and adjustments, and ensuring high-quality production output in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications.

Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders.

Measure and inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications

Previous experience operating manufacturing or CNC equipment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurement tools.

Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and team-oriented attitude.
