Machine Operator – Injection Molding | $20/hr | Day Shift | West Henrietta, NY
Join a leading optics manufacturer in West Henrietta, NY as a Machine Operator working with injection molding equipment. This is a temp-to-hire role on a steady weekday shift — perfect for someone looking to grow with a stable, well-run company.
Shift:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $20.00/hour (weekly pay)
Type: Full-time | Temp-to-hire
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Perform visual and precision inspections (using calipers, gauges, micrometers)
- Trim/degate plastic parts with hand tools
- Operate CNC milling equipment for finishing as needed
- Package, label, and prep products for shipment
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of machine operation or molding experience (preferred)
- Are dependable and consistent with attendance
- Have reliable transportation (location is not on a bus line)
- Enjoy hands-on work and want long-term opportunity
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
