Site Lead – Nuclear Facility Reopening
Are you an experienced operational leader ready for a high-impact role in the energy sector? An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Site Lead to oversee the reopening and daily operations of a nuclear facility in Central Pennsylvania. This position calls for a strategic, safety-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site leader during the facility’s reopening and ongoing operations.
- Manage daily plant activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in close collaboration with corporate leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate plant staff; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in plant operations, project management, or site leadership roles (nuclear, energy, or industrial sector preferred).
- Strong project management abilities—organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; demonstrated success in building and leading effective teams.
- Experience with nuclear site operations strongly preferred.
- Full-time, on-site availability in Cental Pennsylvania is required.
