Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22.80/hour for 1st shift (Monday – Thursday, 5:30 am – 4:00 pm)
$24.80/hour for 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am)

What’s a typical day as an Assembler?
You’ll be: • Assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual and electrical parts, to complete a variety of products
• Adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Following directions and blueprints to ensure products meet exact specifications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Can meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
• Read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
• Follow verbal instructions and communicate well in English
• Adhere to safety protocols, good housekeeping, and ergonomic practices
• Are willing to participate in workplace organization, cross-training, and teamwork
• Have attention to detail and speak up about safety or quality issues
• Are motivated to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
• Work well in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts within a cross-functional team
