Job Title: Document Scanning Operator
Location: Bellevue, WA (On-site)
Pay: $18-$21/hr/hr DOE + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, Contract (Duration may vary from a few months to several years)
Shifts: Monday–Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm or 3:00 pm-11:00 pm


About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document Scanning Operator to join our production team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you’ll operate high-speed document scanners, follow project procedures, and ensure quality and accuracy for every job.


What You’ll Do:

  • Read and follow work orders before starting each project


  • Scan paper documents using high-speed production scanners


  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and adjustments to equipment


  • Handle documents safely and perform quality checks for image clarity and accuracy


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in document scanning or a similar production environment (preferred)


  • Familiarity with production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon preferred)


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs regularly


  • Willingness to pass a basic background check and drug screening


  • Team-oriented attitude and reliability
