What’s a typical day as Clerk I – Client Support Analyst? You’ll be:
- Answering a high volume of customer phone calls professionally, providing the highest level of service.
- Acting as a liaison with other Operations departments to obtain necessary information for customer inquiries or issue resolution.
- Responding to customer email inquiries promptly and managing inquiries from start to finish.
- Expressing genuine interest and retaining knowledge of the legal services offered.

- Have 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Possess prior administrative or office experience (preferred).
- Are driven by customer service, effective communication, and adaptability.
