Position: Production Operator (#2 Coater – 2nd Shift)
Location: One Sealants Park, Granville, NY 12832-1652, United States
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Increase: $0.75/hr increase after successful completion of 6-month probation
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent – Required
Trade certificate or two-year degree – Preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or with technical equipment – Required
Skills:
Ability to operate a personal computer to navigate internal Saint-Gobain systems – Required
Responsibilities:
Join a four-person team (including a lead) to manufacture foam products using urethane and medical laminates.
Operate various stations on the coater: front, middle, and back.
Key tasks include:
Applying adhesives to paper or film
Laminating, back stripping, winding
Transferring adhesives and unloading processed material
Inspecting material to ensure quality
Must follow standards and ensure quality is maintained throughout each process step.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Ability to operate a computer and navigate internal systems
