Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator Assistant to support our production team. This role involves assisting multiple machine operators by replenishing materials and handling packaging tasks to ensure smooth and efficient line operation.
Job Details:

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule Options:
-
1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
-
2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM
Work Week: Monday through Thursday (4 days, 10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Package individual boxes into shipping cases
-
Lift and stack finished cases onto pallets
-
Label cases accurately and consistently
-
Dispose of garbage and cardboard in designated compactors (mask area)

Refill production lines with necessary materials (cartons, cases, tape)
-
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Must be able to stand for extended periods
-
Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
