¡Estamos buscando un Asociado de Empacadores para trabajar con un cliente de primer nivel en Bedford Park, IL 60638. ¿Suena bien?

Título del puesto: Trabajador de Selección y Empaque – Asociado de Empaque
Ubicación: Bedford Park, IL
Turnos: Turnos rotativos de 12 horas (7 am – 7 pm o 7 pm – 7 am)
Pago: $15.00/hora para turno de día, $16.00/hora para turno de noche

Horario:

  • Semana 1: 3 días de trabajo, 2 días libres


  • Semana 2: 2 días de trabajo, 3 días libres

Responsabilidades:

Como Asociado de Empaque, serás responsable de todas las tareas de empaque de productos en tu área asignada. Tus funciones incluirán:

  • Inspeccionar productos terminados para asegurar que cumplen con los estándares de calidad y empaque.


  • Comunicar cualquier inquietud sobre la calidad del producto o empaque al liderazgo.


  • Apilar, contar y pesar productos según las pautas de la estación de trabajo, colocándolos en bolsas plásticas.


  • Verificar los códigos de estampado correctos.


  • Empacar los productos terminados en cajas, contenedores grandes o tarimas, asegurando el patrón correcto de empaque o apilado.


  • Reportar necesidades de suministros (cajas, bolsas, tinta, cinta, etc.).


  • Mantener la limpieza y organización del área de trabajo.


  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en manufactura.


  • Capacidad para levantar entre 25 y 40 libras (11–18 kg).


  • Cumplimiento de políticas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), uso de equipo de protección personal (PPE) y código de vestimenta.


  • Cumplimiento con las reglas generales de seguridad de la planta, reglas principales de seguridad y prácticas de manufactura.


  • Se requieren zapatos de seguridad con punta de acero.
