Location: Youngstown, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview:
Kelly is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and reliability efforts. This is a first-shift, full-time role that plays a vital part in ensuring maximum uptime, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment across our production floor and facility.
As a working manager, you’ll oversee a team, troubleshoot machinery, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage contractors — all while driving results and cost-effective repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee facility maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, general building care)

Supervise maintenance of industrial equipment including roll forming, welding, CNC machining, presses, and auxiliary machines

Manage a team and provide technical guidance and support

Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repair work
-
Source parts and materials, work with vendors, and manage contractor relationships

Interpret and work from schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents

Track KPIs like uptime, repair time, and unplanned downtime
-
Use MMS (Maintenance Management Software) to manage work orders and updates
-
Create scopes of work for bids and ensure quality contractor work
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
-
3–5 years in a supervisory or management role
-
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
-
Background in industrial machining (e.g., CNC equipment)
-
Familiarity with facility systems and general building maintenance
-
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
-
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and tech manuals
-
Basic computer and MMS software proficiency
Preferred but Not Required:
-
Associate’s or technical degree in a related field
- Electrical certification or strong electrical background
