What’s a typical day as Customer Service Specialist? You’ll be:
• Providing timely and accurate quotations, as well as detailed product information, to customers.
• Managing high-volume order entry and overseeing daily order processing activities.
• Investigating, resolving, and processing customer complaints and credit requests in a prompt and professional manner.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn—these are must-haves!
• Are proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have experience with SAP ERP system (highly desirable) and possess excellent communication skills.
