Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC and facility maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Facilities/HVAC) to join our team
- This role is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, utilities, and facility equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.
- Monitor and maintain critical utilities such as compressed air, purified water, and steam generators.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, and equipment logs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
- Assist with facility upgrades, equipment installations, and commissioning of new systems.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
