Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC and facility maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing

  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

 

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Facilities/HVAC) to join our team

  • This role is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, utilities, and facility equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and other facility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.

  • Monitor and maintain critical utilities such as compressed air, purified water, and steam generators.

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, and equipment logs.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.

  • Assist with facility upgrades, equipment installations, and commissioning of new systems.

  • Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure optimal facility performance.

  • Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
