What’s a typical day as a Document Processing Associate? You’ll be:

Logging checks, processing checks, and handling documents
-
Working CLEAR queues efficiently and accurately
-
Making outbound calls to insurance carriers and handling inbound calls to resolve issues
-
Researching faxes, reports, correspondence, and refund/return checks
-
Following client’s policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
-
Assisting with backup tasks or special projects as needed
-
Using proprietary client and company applications to complete daily work
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines

Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone

Ability to work under immediate supervision and adapt to new tasks

Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Reliability in attendance and commitment to teamwork

Flexibility to handle both routine and more complex assignments over time
