Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$65 – 80K

What’s a typical day as an Executive Personal Assistant? You’ll be:
– Providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership team or key senior managers to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.
– Creating, updating, maintaining, and distributing reports and presentations.
– Managing schedules, booking travel, and coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Hold an Associates degree or equivalent education and experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
– Have 4 years of progressive experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
– Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
