Kelly® Professional is seeking  motivated and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Workers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety in Windsor, CT 06095
 
 
Pay:

• Day Shift: $18.00/hr
  

• Night Shift: $18.65/hr

 
Schedule:

• 4 days per week
  

• 10-hour shifts

 
Example Shifts

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  

• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  

• (Shift days/hours vary by department)

 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers
  

• Receive and scan incoming items using RF scanners
  

• Track inventory through accurate data entry in inventory systems
  

• Verify and process orders for shipment
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

• Follow warehouse safety and quality guidelines

 
Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
  

• Capable of standing for 10+ hours
  

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

 
Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
  

• 6+ months operating motorized material handling equipment
  

• 6+ months using RF scanners
  

• 6+ months working with inventory management systems
