What: Data Platform Specialist
Where: Williamsville, NY
When: First Start Date – 9/15. Contract – until June 2026 with possible extension
Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
$23/hour
Who: Anyone with the following experience, skills, and able to perform these duties.
- Handling complex transactions outside of the platform
- Maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes.
- Generate data reports and metrics
- Process customer transactions by updating, correcting or altering requests
- Resolve issues with accuracy, speed and tact
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong and effective communication
- Skilled with MS programs – Outlook and Excel. Power Bi a plus
- Able to analyze data to provide insights and trends and be able to communicate that information in a meaningful and understandable way.
- Work with urgency, accuracy and maintain organization
Requirements:
- 2 yr. college degree OR
- 3 yrs experience in a functional field OR
- High School Diploma with 5 yrs functional experience
