Location: West Point Branch Library, West Point, VA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm (3–5 days; temporary assignment)
Library Systems and Services is seeking a Clerk I for a short-term project at the West Point Branch Library.
Responsibilities:
- Locate specific books within the library collection
- Apply new tag stickers to books for a new labeling system
- Reshelve books accurately according to new labels
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support library staff
Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Work efficiently in a quiet, focused environment
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Available for temporary work for 3–5 days
