Production Technician
We are seeking a Production Technician to join a leading team in the agriculture industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll process seed samples, support key production activities, and help maintain high standards in conditioning, packaging, and shipping. Full training will be provided.
Details:
- $23.00/hr starting wage + shift premiums
- 40 hours/week + optional overtime, including weekends as required
- Standard PPE required; steel-toe boots above the ankle
- Contract: September 15, 2025 – April 3, 2026
- Onsite in Lethbridge County, AB
What You’ll Do:
- Perform seed sample processing and warehouse tasks
- Operate forklifts (training available) and manage seed inventory
- Support harvest, packaging, and shipping activities
- Enter inventory and quality data into computer systems
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols at all times
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in warehouse, production, or agriculture preferred
- Comfortable with computers (Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for rotating day and evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
