Kelly is now hiring warehouse workers to pick and pack at a plastic company in Mooresville, NC.
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to support our Thermal and Print departments. If you are interested, please email Marb621@kellyservices.com
– Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Day) | $17.00/hr (Night)
– Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Day & Night Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:30AM to 6PM or 7AM-7:30PM / Night Shift: 6PM-6:30AM or 7PM-7:30AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment efficiently and safely to meet production goals.
– Assemble and pack products according to job specifications to ensure quality.
– Inspect materials for defects and report equipment issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
– Follow company safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times (excluding steel-toe shoes).
– Perform quality checks and ensure correct counts on various product sizes.
– Make minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality output.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Steel toe required
– Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.
– Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.
– Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
– Must be able to work rotating 2-2-3 shifts, including day or night schedules.
– Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
