What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:
• Greeting employees and guests as they enter the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Operating the reception area door controls and answering the main information phone line, transferring calls as needed.
• Managing the Guest Calendar and Parking Calendar, and alerting relevant personnel to guest arrivals.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferred).
• Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Are able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
