Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Data / Analyst Auditor  for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Raynham, MA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.   As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews. 
As a Data Analyst Auditor placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and reconciliation of field inventory audits.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•            Audit Scheduling
o            Assist Sales Consultants and RGIS (third party audit service) in preparing for audits.
o            Hold pre-audit calls to review the process and create schedule.
o            Obtain Sales Consultant feedback regarding scheduling/credentialing requirements.
o            Communicate final schedule of locations to all stakeholders.
•            Inventory Reconciliation
o            Compile inventory & count data upon count completion.
o            Present initial variance summary to Sales Consultants and sales leadership. Identify action items required for reconciliation.
o            Post results in ERP on or before the SOX deadline.
o            Identify improvement opportunities in the field inventory management process.  Clearly communicate the issues and possible solutions when applicable to the Commercial Ops and FSO teams.
o            Retain all audit records in central network location for future reference.
o            Develop a thorough understanding of the inventory management and auditing processes, and how they impact each other.  Educate the sales force on the audit process to ensure accurate results.
o            Partner with various departments including Commercial Operations, Field Sales Organization, Finance, Distribution, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Service to resolve inventory issues.
•            Comply with all policies and procedures.  Assist in internal and external audits as applicable.
•            Assist other audit teams as necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•            Bachelor degree preferred.
•            Previous experience with inventory auditing is preferred (preferably in medical devices).
•            Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience is required (v-lookups / pivot tables)
•            SAP experience preferred.
•            Previous experience working with field sales consultants is preferred (preferably in medical devices)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-             Strict attention to detail.
-             Must be able to work in an open office environment.
-             Must be able to work under pressure due to reporting deadlines.
-             Must be able to work independently and prioritize with little supervision.
-             Ability to present yourself professionally in a hospital setting.
-             Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
-             Must have ability to lead efforts aimed at the identification of problematic situations, the reporting of issues, and the development of resolutions and decision making.
-             Analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
-             Excellent organizational and time management skills.
