We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Lending Officer in Steinbach, MB!
In this full-time role, you’ll provide exceptional service to both existing and potential customers through promotion and sales of products and services. If you enjoy problem-solving, sales, and connecting with people, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:

• Understand the customer’s situation to determine the products and/or services which best meet their needs (current and future)
  

• Respond to customer inquiries on services and resolve customer questions and concerns wherever possible
  

• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying customer needs, cross selling and promoting the appropriate products and services

What We’re Looking For:

• Grade 12 Diploma plus two years of formal business-related education or equivalent,
  

• 2 to 5 years of job-related experience with lending products and services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  

• Familiarity with risk management and regulatory environments
  

• Working knowledge of financial accounting principles
  

• Experience meeting sales goals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $31.20/hr ($60,840/year)
