Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Westborough, MA
Pay Rate: $21.71/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly and manufacturing tasks, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and work closely with your team to maintain daily production output.
What You’ll Do
- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations by following established procedures, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Support quality and efficiency improvements in collaboration with leads, engineers, and supervisors.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and support training for other team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate manual data entry and documentation for production.
- Participate in training sessions, safety initiatives, and quality activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required):
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused work habits
- Knowledge of production processes, documentation, and rework requirements
- Experience with Stop Orders, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices
