Machine Operator – Die Cutter | B Shift | $17–$19/hr | Gates, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 

Looking to get hands-on with cutting-edge print production? Join a leading manufacturing team in Gates, NY as a Machine Operator – Die Cutter. This is a great opportunity to grow your mechanical skills and be part of a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

Schedule:

  • A shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • B shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM

Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons = Extra cash during busy times!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cutting machines such as paper cutters, guillotines, and rotary cutters

  • Inspect printed materials for accuracy, cut precision, and quality

  • Set up machine programs based on job specs and material types

  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area

  • Track and record work according to production guidelines

  • Assist with tasks like collation, labeling, binning, and packaging as needed

  • Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or print production environment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and measuring accuracy

  • Comfortable reading and following job orders/specifications

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Team player with willingness to learn and adapt
