Job Title: Temp-to-Hire General Laborer & Material Handler
Location: North Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some overtime expected)
Client: Pipe Distribution Center
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer & Material Handler for our pipe distribution client in North Kansas City. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for long-term employment and growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload pipes and materials
- Operate sit-down forklifts (minimum 6 months recent experience required)
- Handle repetitive lifting of up to 75 lbs independently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Strong work history showing reliability, stability, and a growth mindset
- Ability and willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable with overtime as needed
- Committed to safety and teamwork
