Print Production Associate – 3rd Shift | $18.40/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training
Looking to build a steady career in manufacturing? We’re hiring 3rd Shift Print Production Operators to join a leading packaging and printing company in Lima, NY just a short drive from Henrietta, Avon, or Honeoye Falls. Training provided!
Schedule & Pay:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
(Must be Flexible to train on A or B shift 1-2 weeks)
Pay: $18.40/hour + weekly pay
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain print production and packaging machinery
- Inspect, label, and package products with quality in mind
- Assist with inventory, documentation, and product flow
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What You Bring:
- Reliable transportation (no bus access)
- Willingness to learn new machinery and production tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
