Machine Operator Assistant – B Shift | $19.00/hr | Rush, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay
Looking to grow your manufacturing career in a steady, supportive environment? Join a well-established production facility in Rush, NY as a Machine Operator Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced team.
Shift Details:
- B Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM
- Pay: $19.00/hour (weekly pay)
What You’ll Do:
- Refill materials for machine operators and monitor product flow
- Label, pack, and stack finished cartons on pallets
- Remove cardboard and waste materials to compactors
- Rotate between production lines as needed to support overall output
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, twisting, etc.)
- Strong attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation (location is not on a bus route)
- Steel-toed boots/shoes required
