UV Machine Operator – 2nd Shift | Gates, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Are you detail-oriented and looking to grow in a fast-paced production environment? Join a leading print manufacturing company in Gates, NY as a UV Machine Operator on 2nd Shift. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career.
Shift Available:
- B Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory overtime may be required during seasonal peak periods. Great way to earn extra cash!
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 – $18.50/hr (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Support production processes including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, and shipping
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain a clean machine and organized work area
- Report delays, issues, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and factory best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Able to comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
