  • Hold an undergraduate degree or possess equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

  • Are knowledgeable in supply chain management and shipping activities, including both domestic and international shipping.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing warehouse processes and supervising teams involved in receiving, shipping, handling, and storing parts and materials.

  • Conducting cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

  • Leading personnel management to ensure compliance with company policies, fostering a safe work environment, and training staff to enhance performance.

  • Implementing safety and environmental health plans.

  • Ensuring compliance with export and customs regulations to support seamless operations.
