A Kelly Engineering client has requested our assistance in finding an Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer (EMC Engineer) to join their team and design and develop new RF and EMC products.
NOTE: This position is subject to ITAR/EAR, which requires U.S. citizenship due to access to controlled technical data.
Client is open to assisting with relocation expenses.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related technology
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in EMC testing and RF measurements
- Knowledge of CISPR, Mil Std, and RTCA DO-160 standards
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support new product and service development from concept through launch
- Represent the company at industry events (CISPR, IEEE), contributing to standards development
- Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer success
- Develop technical and marketing materials, including application notes, data sheets, and collateral
- Assist in preparing proposals for U.S. government agencies and prime contractors
- Collaborate on advertising, website content, and trade show visuals
- Represent the company at major trade shows, including IEEE EMC Symposia
Travel is minimal for this role.
