What You’ll Do

Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.

Implement programs that support redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.

Actively communicate safety policies, best practices, and updates to talent.

Identify and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.

Maintain operational efficiency and deliver the highest quality services to meet client needs.
What You Bring
-
Strong knowledge of HR/staffing practices including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.

Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.

Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.

Strong communication skills across multiple levels of management.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles.
