Job details

Funciones Básicas: Recibe, despacha y localiza todo la materia prima y solventes de suplidores internos y externos.
Tareas y Responsabilidades:

  1. Recibe y localiza por lotes toda la materia prima de suplidores a través del sistema de POM’s Y PRMS.

  2. Muestrea material cuando aplique para el área de “incoming” según la especificaciones y procedimientos

  3. Responsable de dar disposición al material recibido y localizarlo en el área correspondiente

  4. Responsable de recibir auditores y proveerles la información del área de “receiving” e inspección cuando así lo requieran.

  5. Recibe MRO de la planta y coordina su entrega.  La mercancía que no sea entregada debe guardarla hasta que la entregue al destinatario.

6.    No dejar sin recibir el material por más de dos (2) días en el área de recibo.
7.    Prepara los “RTV” para los materiales defectuosos y obsoletos.
8.    Preparar documentos según cantidades recibidas.
9.    Mantener archivado y en forma ordenada todo documento que lo requiera.
10.  Responsable de llevar control y manejo de las paletas.
11.  Coordina entrada y salida de los camiones con el guardia de seguridad.       
12.  Comunicación continua con los “Planner” y Compradores.
13.  Mantiene control de la jaula de cuarentena y “unrealease”.
14.  Hacer “cycle count”.
15.  Responsable por las continuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir     peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causas y tomar acciones correctivas.
Cualificaciones Requeridas: Disponibilidad de turnos (1ro, 2do y 3ro) semana y fin de semana. Licencia de conducir vigente. Destrezas básicas en computadora. Dominio básico de inglés.
Educación Requerida: Grado Técnico o Asociado en Área Relacionada
Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en Almacén y/o Manufactura en Ambiente Regulado
