Kelly Services is hiring 30+ Forklift Operators to work at a large and reputable 3PL facility in Chino, California. These are temp-to-hire positions with immediate start dates – don’t miss out on this opportunity to launch or grow your logistics career!

 Pay Rates & Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00/hour

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $20.00/hour
    Must be open to working overtime as required

Positions Available:
We are looking for experienced operators for the following equipment:

  • Electric Pallet Jack

  • Sit-Down Clamp Forklift

 Must have at least 2 years of recent experience operating BOTH types of equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate sit-down clamp forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE safely and efficiently

  • Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas

  • Pull, stage, and prepare product for outbound shipments

  • Accurately pick and move merchandise using RF scanners

  • Stack/store materials in appropriate areas and maintain inventory accuracy

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain safety protocols

  • Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts

  • Report inventory discrepancies and safety issues promptly

  • Rotate stock and maintain warehouse organization

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent experience operating an electric pallet jack AND sit-down clamp forklift

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10–12 hours

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures

  • General computer knowledge: Excel experience is required

  • Must be able to pass forklift certification (provided by NFI)

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are a must

  • Open to working weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
