Location: Glendale, CA
Schedule: Full-time, On-site | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Start Date: September 15, 2025 | 6-month assignment
Compensation: $20/hr
Legacy CLS-GRC & Wolters Kluwer are searching for a detail-oriented Mailroom Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Glendale! If you’re passionate about organization, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are ready for a new challenge, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, profile, and scan incoming mail (served, certified, regular, etc.)
- Manage document flow for CT registered agent responsibilities
- Support cross-training initiatives within the office
- Collaborate with colleagues and management in a tight-knit onsite team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience highly preferred
- Some office/mailroom experience a plus
- Basic computer skills helpful (cross-training available)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
