Position : Stand-up Forklift Operator w/ general building maintenance 
Pay: $24 hr 
Job type: Temporary (3 months)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 
Location: Northwest Houston 77041

We are seeking a Building maintenance worker with stand-up Forklift experience for our client located in Northwest Houston 77041! 

Requirements:

  • must pass stand up forklift test 

  • 2 yrs previous building and or facility maintenance experience in apartments or warehouses 

  • general knowledge of hand and power tools and building repairs

  • hvac, electrical and plumbing a plus 

Job description :
3-4 months assignment as a building maintenance worker .Repairing minor building maintenance , dry walls, plumbing, electrical, hvac. Light fixtures, door knobs, etc Will utilize the stand-up forklift often
