Are you an experienced Turret Press Operator? We are seeking a Turret Press II Operator, to join our client in a sheet metal manufacturing facility recognized for its safety, cleanliness. As a Turret Press Operator you’ll set up, program, and operate turret punch press machines to fabricate high-quality metal parts.
Location: Frederick, CO
Pay Rate: $26–$32/hour
Flexible Schedules:
- Standard 7:00am–3:30pm
- Second shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) also available.
Overtime Always Available:
Safety & PPE: Steel/composite toe, metatarsal protection (provided if needed), safety shoe reimbursement after 90 days, gloves, glasses, and optional smocks.

Essential Functions
- Operate turret press machines to cut, punch, and form sheet metal components.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment; select/install proper tooling.
- Read/interprete blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor operations; make adjustments to ensure quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished parts; maintain quality standards.
- Track materials, production records, and machine downtime.
- Perform routine machine maintenance/prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operations.
- Train new operators as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; technical/vocational machining or manufacturing training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ turret press experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
