Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time/3-6-month temp-hire
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Must be flexible for special projects with the possibility of additional hours.
Minimal Travel: Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license is a must.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate our interior design projects from start to finish. Job Description: Assist Designer with project management and administrative duties as needed including:
-Preparing and distributing customer communications and emails, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word documents as needed.
-Manage tracking of interior design project workflow, procurement, order tracking, deliverables, and scheduling through the Asana project management system. Alerting Lead Designer and team of outstanding projects tasks as needed.
-Set up new projects in Asana based upon signed Scope of Work document for review with Lead Designer.
-Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary documentation, invoices and orders are current, properly filed and stored.
-Communicate with clients to outline and/or define project requirements, scope and objectives if needed based on direction from Lead Designer
-Create and maintain project inventory spreadsheets, delivery receipts and installation inventory spreadsheets throughout the project. Updating regularly to ensure accuracy.
-Attending Trade Day and project measurement appts and site visits as needed.
-Creating project installation inventory and packing lists and spreadsheets
-Consistence in daily time tracking in the Harvest Time Tracking system at the start of the workday and consistently throughout the day. Log time to projects and retail duties as appropriate.
-Maintain Asana order tracking project pages. Track & update orders as necessary. Report any order delays and/or back orders on a weekly basis
-Ensure the studio is secured at closing by checking if the doors are locked and alarms are set.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Customer-centric mindset; client focused
Home Décor and Accessories Product Knowledge
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Flexibility to work variable days/hours as needed to special events, deliveries and design installations
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Competency in Microsoft applications include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate’s degree in business, retail management or interior design preferred
Project management certification preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in specific industry in project management
Competency in project management and time tracking software, preferably Asana and Harvest.
